The doctor and staff were very kind and helpful. They took time to explain exactly what I could expect during the procedure and afterward.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Everything was explained to me in detail so that I could understand what was going to happen and when. This is one of the best medical experiences I have ever had! Thank you!!!

The business is run very poorly. Cannot get anyone on the phone for an appointment and they don't call back. Have had numerous incident with their staff that resulted in unsatisfactory care. Was sent to a wrong address and then told I was too late at the other address for an appointment. Was at their Asheville office when an elderly gentleman fell, had a head injury and was left unattended, sitting in the waiting room. I saw Scott Nelson PA for first time yesterday. He was wonderful. He was so patient with this old lady who had multiple issues and many questions. I appreciate his time and knowledge he shared with me. I know he will help me get through this medical issue as best he can. Thank you, Scott
The check-in process was pleasant and easy. I went back for my colonoscopy within 5 minutes. Bernard RN, Brian CRNA, Jordan RN were efficient, caring, friendly and professional. And of course Dr. Clark was wonderful. I hope I didn’t leave anyone out. My experience was great. I’ll be back in 7 years! Highly recommend!
