Amanda was awesome.
Cannot speak highly enough about the care I received. They could easily have given up on my case because of the severity of my condition, but they did not. They continued to explore options and I now have a complicated surgery scheduled.
What a positive experience I had!!! Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor and rest of the staff explained very well what they would be doing and made me feel comfortable before the procedure started.
The staff are very capable and concerned, from receptionists to billing clerks to nurses and doctors. I felt very well taken care of. The office and procedure rooms are well equipped, the best currently available. I hope I don’t have to make another visit, but if I have another GI problem I would go back to them
This was my third colonoscopy, each performed in a different location/practice. Administration team were very efficient and professional. Prep instructions were very clear. I was asked to arrive at 9:30 for a 10:00 procedure. Had my first colonoscopy done and it was a nerve wracking experience. The nurses at AGA made it less stressful. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Was nothing to even worry about.
I have had three significant procedures with Dr. Harlan, as well as several office visits, and have utmost confidence in his care. It is clear that he is aware of my somewhat complicated medical history, and includes it in every discussion. I particularly appreciate that he treats me with respect, in an open dialogue, in which all my questions and concerns are thoroughly addressed.
Professional, efficient, caring
My first colonoscopy. I chose to have no sedation at all. Dr Clark and his team were excellent. I had no pain and barely any discomfort. Dr. Clark explained each step as the colonoscopy progressed. Thank your Dr. Clark for making my colonoscopy a pain free and informative experience
