I was treated professionally and courteously by everyone I came in contact with. All the staff I met were pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Varner even apologized for being a few minutes behind schedule. I felt I was in good hands from the time I arrived until I left. Bedside manner is important and lacking in too many workplaces.
ALL the staff were awesome. They were kind, caring and efficient. Even my husband, who had to wait for me, commented on how quickly the procedure went.
The staff were very professional and caring. Phone calls put my mind at ease as all questions were answered in a friendly and competent manner. Smiles go a long way in relieving stress...from start to finish my anxiety was eased. Thank you all!
The overall appointment was wonderful however trying to reach the front staff to set up appointment was terrible. Left three messages after referral from my personal physician with no reply after 5 business days. Finally called the number and pushed any button until I spoke with a human being. Then put on hold till a scheduler was available. Finally did get appointment made after much persistence.
Very informative visit. All personnel was very nice, helpful, professional, and happy. The medical personnel very courteous and professional. Dr. Andrew. Dukowicz I would highly recommend. He was professional, communication was excellent and friendly.

Everyone in this office is so pleasant and goes above and beyond to make you feel safe and secure! They are professional and caring and that’s important especially in today’s climate! The nurse, Brenda, called twice to make sure I felt comfortable with the directions for preparation and it was so helpful and kind! A great experience for a not so great process!! Well done!
Very happy with their service. Their patient portal is user friendly and they always respond promptly to my concerns. The nurses have always been very compassionate and truly tried to help me. Virginia Weymouth is excellent. I feel I get really heard and questions are answered. Also really appreciate being able to have telephone visits so don’t have to go into office
Excellent patient care and very professional and friendly staff. They seem to really care about the patients gasto health and take the time with the patient to listen to their concerns.
