This was my third colonoscopy and I cannot get over how streamlined the process was going through Asheville Gastroenterology Associates. From the moment I walked in the door until I walked out everything was so efficient and so easy. They even gave me options on the prep for the colonoscopy and the one they recommended was much easier than the previous two I had used. All of the personnel, from doctors, nurses, office personnel and others were extremely personable and professional. Cannot recommend them enough!
This was my sixth colonoscopy in the past 30yrs. With a family history of the Big CC, this will be hopefully be the place I look forward to taking care of me in the future. The wonderful staff makes makes you feel welcome and takes care of every need to keep you comfortable. The nurses and doctors were fantastic and made a comfortable environment.
I particularly appreciated the warmth, humor, and professionalism of all the staff at DHP. A colonoscopy is the butt of so many jokes. I hope can put an end to that attitude and put it all behind us.
The staff was very kind and carefully explained all that I could expect. They provided the best experience possible during an uncomfortable procedure.
Wonderful scheduling staff and Dr. Harlan is very effecient and takes his time with you. Very pleased with my care.
