I am a father of two who had been to the Mayo Clinic in Arizona, never having been in a remission from colitis; they could not help me. I worked very hard and went into Iraq while bleeding / hiding my illness, working for my family as a Contractor. 19 months later, I could no longer hide the illness from employers stateside and was let go for a number of reasons, most of which really had to do with an inability to stay at my desk or going to the ER and calling in sick. I have had multiple colonoscopies at Asheville Digestive Health and have always received the best of care from Dr. Newcomer and the endoscopy center staff. I would recommend it to anyone who asked about the center and practice.
