I really was very happy with my office visit everyone was professional, kind, courtesy staff. My PCA was also very professional and friendly

I have had several colonoscopies and for years my Dr was Thomas Bond, I had tremendous respect for him and was sad to learn he had retired. However the doctor assigned to me was Jessica Fisher, she was a very friendly, professional person, she explained the procedure and then asked if I had any questions. The whole staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. The process throughout was very organized, I would recommend Dr Fisher.
My experience was completely positive. The check in process went smoothly, the reception at the front desk was warm, friendly, and courteous. After checking in, I was called in about five or ten minutes. The person who completed the height, weight, and check in was also warm, friendly, and courteous.
