DHP-Asheville is professional, polite, timely and efficient. Doctors are competent and I feel safe trusting my health to them. Colonoscopy prep is unpleasant as we know, but the process itself is entirely painless and in my case, I was in and out in less than two hours. DHP-Asheville will be my first choice next time I go in for a digestive procedure.
There probably isn't anything more I can add to what others have said, but I will share my experience. Dr. May, who did my procedure, came highly recommended by my primary care doctor, who I respect and who is very thorough. I took his suggestion and was very happy with it. Meeting with NP - Amanda Chase to discuss the issue I been dealing was exactly what I needed. I felt listened to, valued and she really understood what I was saying. I received guidance, information on next steps and now have a resource and contact point!

I would ordinarily expect to trade personal connection for this level of efficiency, but I was very pleasantly surprised at every stage of my procedure. The process was seamless and painless (as was the procedure, thank goodness), and every clerk, tech, nurse, and physician with whom I interacted was kind, patient, and personable. I highly recommend this practice.
I've always found the office to be real prepared and very efficient. The staff, including the doctors are very professional yet very friendly. My only complaint is the number of times you have to provide the same information - on-line, orally, and in writing.
This was my second colonoscopy here and I’m always impressed at how professional and organized everything is. The whole process runs smoothly and all of the staff are courteous, knowledgeable, explain everything and answer any questions.
The doctor who did my procedure was very professional and excellent. Thoroughly explained what was going to be done and then in recovery, thoroughly explained what the results were. The nurses were also very good and professional and friendly. I did have 2 areas of concern. One was the liquid prep that had to do prior to procedure.
