Karen was very patient, knowledgeable, and caring. We trust and appreciate her, all the doctors, and staff there for excellent care.
The only complaint I have, was having to do the PMD to get scheduled for an appointment. When I would call the phone number it would direct me to the PMD. What took a week to accomplish to get scheduled, could have took 5 minutes with a phone call. But once I got into the clinic, the staff and Dr. Dukowics ( hope I spelled his name correctly) were very pleasant and on top of their game!! Turned an unpleasant procedure into a comfortable one
Kept me very informed every step of the way. On day of procedure, everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They were very mindful of my multiple drug allergies. Everything went quickly and smoothly.
I met with the NP Sarah yesterday and she was so nice and informative. Gave me some good advice and was a good listener and very compassionate. She gets 5 stars!
My procedure with Digestive Health was so easy to get through. From beginning to end they guided me with specific instructions on prep and day of. Any questions were answered promptly by phone. I'd recommend them to anyone.
All went quickly, while the P. A. Didn't agree with some of our Natural approaches, he listened and we had a constructive conversation.
"In and out real quick, nobody got hurt" (from an old SNL skit). Good people, good listeners, knew what they were doing, no serious aftereffects of my endoscopy. Worries going in we're all unwarranted.
Everyone was professional and polite. Made an unpleasant procedure a piece of cake. Thank you all.
