The care was great. All my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. Wonderful Care Team.
10/10 would recommend. The staff were kind and patient and helped calm my nerves.
I wasn't rushed. Karen took time to talk to me and listen to my questions. Everyone there is very nice.
I would most definitely recommend from beginning to end. Most passionate and considerate group of nurses and doctors you will ever come in contact with. I came in with tears but was made to feel so comfortable I was smiling before my procedure. My procedure went great, my doctor was wonderful. If you are in need of a colonoscopy or any procedure don’t hesitate to call their office now. I promise, you won’t regret it. My sincere thanks to everyone at the office for taking such good care of me!
Physician actually took time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. Staff from start to finish was friendly.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only improvement I could suggest is the time between my visit with the doctor and the lab work should be shorter. It was way too long (20-30 minutes)! Office was clean and had a friendly atmosphere.
Communication before procedure was excellwnt. The day of proceedure front check in was easy, Nurses, Dr, anesthesiologist were super professional. I have had this proceedure at other excellent facilities and would say this was on par! I trust these folks and that is saying a lot.
Very organized and comassionate. Only negative i can think of is their call volume is so high that there were delays getting in touch with them and waiting for 'call backs'. But that is a minor ripple in the great lake of life.
Kind and compassionate physicians and supportive staff. I have been a patient for 20 years, would not consider going any where else.
