The staff was great! I have a lot of anxiety and they helped me calm down. Dr. May is very helpful and caring. The nurse who put my IV in did a great job. The procedure was fast, only about 15 minutes. They were very caring in the recovery area too. Quick in and out. The prep for the day before was awful!!! It made me very sick, throwing up along with the bathroom trips. There has got to be a better way of administering the prep besides drinking a gallon of that horrible stuff. I recently had a screening colonoscopy. While I found the actual experience on the day fine, I thought all the lead up prep and receiving of information was very confusing. They go by three different names to begin with, and you receive information through emails, texts and the portal. It’s a bit overwhelming. I also felt a bit rushed after the procedure. It was clear they wanted to get you out of there and onto the next patient. But overall it was fine.
It was my first appt to meet Dr. Rholl and discuss my treatment. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he could explain the issue and what he would do to help. Thank you
