The care provided was outstanding, thus the five stars. The only thing you guys can and SHOULD do to improve upon your service to the public is the scheduling / setup process which I found to be quite onerous. The very, very, very long and complicated document submissions, phone wait times, and callbacks actually kept me from even scheduling a procedure for over a year. It wasn't until my primary provider stepped in and facilitated a scheduled phone call that I was able to do what was necessary to schedule a procedure. You g... read more
Considering the circumstances, I had a very good experience. Everyone was nice, I didn’t wait long, and the anesthesiologist gave me just the amount that I felt very good afterwards. Thank you all.
Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Dr Harlan was extremely proficient and kind. I am so thankful for using this facility for my care and would highly recommend them! Thank you so much for the care you provided to myself and to so many as it was very busy!
I was fearful of getting a procedure but when I arrived at the Endoscopy Center everyone was very professional and friendly. My nurse Ashley who set up my I.V. was very calming so I immediately felt comfortable. When Dr. Whitlock came in and explained what was going happen he was reassuring and professional. Everyone was so nice when I had my colonoscopy! The doctors were so good to explain things as they were happening and answered my questions. Everyone was professional and friendly! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They even called to check on me a couple of days later! So pleased!
All staff, nurses and doctor were professional and caring. I highly recommend this group as they made my colonoscopy procedure as comfortable as possible.

Dr Matthew Wood and his team worked like a well oiled machine! Really, everything went quickly, smoothly and professionally well. Out of the three colonoscopy procedures ive had this was the best, and the others were nothing to complain about either. Keep up the great work!
Staff was very accommodating, kind and professional from nursing assistant, nurse, and CRNA to Dr Rackoff. Everyone provided clear explanations and were with me through the entire process. Great teamwork! Keep the standards high! Bob E
