The staff is very kind and friendly, the doctor was very good, sincere, kind, great bedside manner, very knowledgeable, and concerned for my health. I definitely recommend!!
I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy in Asheville. Everyone I interacted with from the receptionist to the doctor was very kind. They were efficient and everyone was very skilled at their particular task and also concerned for my comfort. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
I had a consultation with Dr. Rholl at the Brevard office. The young lady at the front desk, was warm friendly, cheerful and professional, as was the nurse. I was obviously in some discomfort and they both immediately put me at ease. The doctor, whom I had never met before, was friendly, thorough and professional. This was an appointment and procedure I was DREADING! The prep was absolutely horrendous, however, my experience at the office was great! Check-in was friendly, smooth and efficient. Wait time was not long. I don’t remember my nurses name but she was wonderful!!!! I hate needles/IV’s! She has a true gift, I felt a brief pinch and she was done!
