Actually took me back before my appointment time. Everyone was very nice and the process was very efficient. Dr gave me results immediately.
Dr Rholl's office is excellent. All the people I deal with there are friendly, professional, and competent. Dr. Rholl, besides being down to earth and friendly, is an excellent doctor who listens and answers any questions I have. I trust him completely and dread the day he retires.
Staff was professional and courteous. I was informed of important information before and after the procedure.

A good experience as a medical procedure. Questions were answered completely and the staff made the experience less anxious. Dr. Whitlock was very kind and friendly. My nurse was very helpful and made me feel comfortable.

I never mind going been a patient for a while now and they are always nice the staff and doctors are really helpful and courteous and the staff are very friendly and helpful I actually went yesterday and go again on the 8th I'm thankful for them
After not receiving a call to schedule almost two weeks after my referral I decided to go person to make an appt. The receptionist said she couldn't do that I d just have to wait "in queue" for scheduling to call me. She gave me a website to complete my medcal histoy and information. That online process took about 30 minutes to complete. About 20 minutes after I submitted the info a scheduler called me. I was lucky to get an appt within a few days.
