I had a follow-up appointment with Shawn Snowden yesterday. I love that he listens and we can sit and talk about options. My conditions are not your typical so we're figuring things out. He's the best!!
Very fast and efficient for a colonoscopy. Facility leaves a bit to be desired but I believe they are upgrading shortly. Otherwise I highly recommend!
I had a good experience with Dr Marshall and appreciate him being welcoming, calm, patient, and explained things well. His staff was also welcoming and made me feel comfortable.
What an excellent practice, including both doctors and staff. I would not agree to go anywhere else! Thanks for taking such good care of me, and in the past, of my husband. The fact that they function with Pardee Hospital is also a big plus.

I had my first colonoscopy, and was extremely scared but the staff from start to finish or absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable, safe and that it would be an easy procedure, and it was. Jessica put my IV in and got it on the first try And did a great job. I can’t remember the ladies name that did my anesthesia but she was also so sweet answered all my questions and made me feel very relaxed. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Brian Garvin. He was very thorough explaining my condition and upcoming procedures. I'm all about great customer service but in this case I'll call it bedside manner and Dr. Garvin deserves a 10 out of 10. At checkout I received the same amazing customer service from Melanie. Dr. Norman Clark and the entire staff at Digestive Health Partners are kind, professional and caring. My prep nurse Riley was phenomenal! She made me laugh and was so friendly. She calmed my nerves with her wonderfully warm personality. I have very difficult veins. I have had very bad experiences in the past, but she listened to me, took her time and only had to poke me once!
