Really positive experience. Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. The process is very well rehearsed. They took to the time to make sure you were aware of what was happening during each step in the process and providing results both verbally and in writing. No issues answering any questions. two thumbs up.
I had a great experience for my first ever colonoscopy. I was just a little nervous and they set me at ease very well. I can’t remember each person’s name but the woman who checked me in was very nice and helpful. The waiting room was clean and attractive. I got a private room with my own bathroom (great to have on hand for this procedure) The nurse who took my vitals and prepped me for the procedure was very nice. For an Endoscopy what a great experience! Great communication from setting appt to appointment reminders… Personnel were friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr Harlan explained what was to happen and the results clearly and efficiently Very pleased with the service.
Although it took some effort on our part to get scheduled (found the message function in the app to work quite well), everything else about the process was smooth and efficient. The registration staff were professional and helpful and explained things well. The medical staff from nurses to anesthesia were kind and performed their tasks well. Dr. Garvin spoke to me before the procedure and had obviously reviewed my chart from previous procedure three years prior. He explained the results clearly.
Everything was fine.I was sent to lab for a test. We will see if I get a call with results. That would complete my review. Gerry Kilpatrick
My experience here was excellent. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The staff was very cognizant of my unease and did what they could to make me feel comfortable. The procedure completed without issue in a timely manner.
Saw Dr. May and the team for a colonoscopy on 8/4/23. Everyone was professional and friendly. My whole experience was smooth and timely. Will go back here in the furture!
I saw Davis Marshall in the Brevard office on 8/1/23. He was so professional and really listened to my issues and concerns. He developed a good plan of care, and I am confident in his approach. The office staff was cordial and very helpful. It was so nice to have a staff member actually answer the phone when I called to schedule an appointment and scheduling was done immediately. This has not been the case when I called Hendersonville or Asheville.
Excellent service, timely, folks were personable, knowledgeable & thorough with results on my portal before returning home, wow!
