From check-in to finish, Everything went smoothly and everyone did a good job at explaining what was going on. Dr O’Connell and staff gets two thumbs up!
My Doctor was Dr. Alexander; but he retired and this was the first time for me to meet Dr. Tiderington. I give him a 5 star for his listening to my concerns; he was relaxed and wanting to answer any questions I had; plus he expressed his willingness to receive a call if I should need medication, if an attack of Colitis appears again. I am glad to have him as my Doctor from now on!

Due to a recent surgery, I was not able to come to the office for my yearly review. I was set up with a Telehealth visit with Amanda Chase. She was knowledgeable about my history and took care of my need to renew my prescription. It was a pleasant experience😊
First colonoscopy for me. Felt I was well-prepared for the procedure. Staff was always courteous and helpful. The horrible stuff you must take the day before was delivered to my home a few days ahead. Dr. May, the nurses and the anesthetist were calming, attentive, and prepared me well for each of the pre- and post-procedure steps. Would definitely recommend.
Amanda was very knowledgeable about my health record and how to approach my concerns.
All personnel from intake, to receiving RN, to anesthetist, to intra procedure techs, to MD, to post procedure RN were excellent. They were friendly, kind, and efficient. I felt well cared for.
The actual day of procedure went very well. The attempt to get an appointment was horrible and I was unable to get anyone to answer their phone. I had to reschedule once due to exposure to COVID. As with any colonoscopy the prep was the worst part. For the procedure everyone seemed to know exactly what to do and did so very efficiently.
Everyone was great. I've been coming to this facility for a number of years and would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have an endoscopy or a colonoscopy. Thanks to all for taking good care of me.
