To me the prep isn't difficult, the folks at the center are professional, knowledgeable and kind. It's amazing how many patients are processed in a day. Dr. Perez has performed several procedures and I'm at ease with his expertise and feel he genuinely cares about his patients. The staff makes me feel important and I never feel rushed. It's a special place.
