From the moment I entered DHP, their whole staff was extremely professional And friendly! Their kindness and care was superior from preparing me for my procedure to releasing me. Dr. Whitlock is my provider. I have requested him for each of my colonoscopy. He is extremely caring and makes you feel at ease. I will always ask for him! Excellent experience with staff and doctor. Doctor really listened to me and gave me different options as far as next steps, agreeing with my decision being the best for me in my situation.i just wish I didn’t have to wait 5 months until I can get the scan I need due to them only performing this specific scan on Fridays.
Professional and friendly staff. All the nurses and Dr.Harlan were great in explaining the process and what was going to occur. I can highly recommend DHP.
Excellent experience, from front desk to procedure finish. Really friendly as well as professional folks. New building is enormous, but well-lit and easy to find your way around in. And lots of parking, which is better than the old downtown location.

Very kind and efficient staff, from receptionist, to intake nurses, to doctors.
The doctor was/is awesome as was the scheduling person. She was incredibly helpful. The only reason I only give 4 stars is that your phone system is very poor. I tried to reach your office numerous times (maybe 5). Each time I was unable to speak to anyone and there was no option to leave a message. No matter the time of day I was either forced to leave a number for a call back or I was disconnected altogether. I have been going here for three decades and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Varner is wonderful and all the staff are kind and considerate.
