Professional from beginning to end. Had a colonoscopy and the instructions and facility were outstanding. Very clear pre-procedure instructions, easy medication availability and delivery and fresh, new facility made for a comfortable process. Staff interaction was excellent - everyone was personable and capable and made me feel comfortable.
I think everyone dreads a colonoscopy. I did. Yes. The prep is the worst part. Once you get to DHP, it's a good experience. The staff were friendly, efficient, and I felt completely safe. This experience will make the next time (hopefully 7 years) less intimidating. Oh. And I will definitely add my own additional flavoring to the prep solution.
I was very pleased with my entire experience with Dr. Harlan and his staff during my consultation today. I received prompt, professional and warm personal service from check-in to checkout, including labs and follow up scheduling. Thorough, thoughtful and unhurried interaction occurred with NP and Dr. Harlan. I couldn’t have been more satisfied and would recommend them to others without hesitation.
I'm relieved to have access to such a well run facility in Asheville. All of the support staff and doctors were so friendly and competent. I knew I was in good hands.
Dr. Jaben as well as everyone on the team was excellent. Everything about the procedures was explained and my feedback was encouraged. The team was positive, friendly and efficient even on this day after the storm (Feb 2nd) when many procedures had to be rescheduled. I'm always nervous, but they made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
