Getting an appointment was a horror, until it wasn’t. Bottom line: my provider was a PA and she was marvelous. I loved her ability to listen to me and give me hope there is a solution.
Great colonoscopy is for most an oxymoron. But I could not have asked for a more positive experience here! Efficient and personable staff and doctor. And thankfully for me a great report.
No one looks forward to a colonoscopy and this was my first. Scheduling the appointment was a bit of a task but my primary doctor warned me about that so I was prepared. I got all the instructions needed and they were very clear. Everyone was very helpful and quite efficient leading up to my appt and on the day of my appointment. Excellent experience. The staff was well organized and carefully explained all the steps in the process. All the messages sent to my phone during the prep phase were good reminders and useful. The initial data gathering form was pretty thorough. The only thing lacking was the inability to submit documents with the application. I had a letter with relevant information from a previous colonoscopy from before I moved in the area and there was no way to include it in the online application. Everyone from reception to discharge was friendly, caring, courteous and professional. Dr. Clark and his team did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable and knew what I was going to experience during my procedure.
As difficult as it was to get an appointment, I was surprised and pleased at how efficient, kind and thoughtful the nurses and doctor were when I got in. If you can call a colonoscopy a great experience, they made it so.
Carrie was very professional as always. She answered all of my questions and gave me helpful information. I have always been treated professionally by everyone.
Everyone was very nice and let us know our questions could be answered.
