Very positive experience. Montana was amazing with her bedside manner as well as the anesthitist. Dr Dukowicz is so thorough, kind, and professional. I love this office!

At first, I was not happy with the time required to complete the online intake forms. I couldn't believe the level of detail. As it turned out, this indicated how thorough and professional everyone is at the Endoscopy Center of North Carolina. I could not have had a better colonoscopy experience. I had a good experience with my colonoscopy. The staff was very professional and caring. They took me right in with a very little wait time. The doctor came in pre and post op to inform me and answer any questions. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would recommend highly.

I had a great overall experience at Carolina Mountain Gastroenterology in Hendersonville, NC. Specially the nurse that did the pre-visit screening and then with Dr. Ryan Nelson. Very clear and direct, with no hurry. The person at the front desk very kind as the person in the check out making the next appointment. Everything on time! Thanks for a great service!
The office staff were pleasant and efficient as was Dr. Fisher... however I cannot say the same for their choice of pharmacy that they insist we use. I was called by them shortly after my appointment, and while the person on the phone was pleasant, she seemed poorly trained... they called to verify insurance... during the call I was put on hold three times and finally told that they kept getting an error message and could not verify my insurance, the same insurance that I used that very morning at Dr. Fisher's office with n... read more
