The team here is really good! They know their stuff and do everything they can to keep you healthy! The NP Karen McGraw was very very helpful in my last visit. I highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Harlan and the staff are very attentive and professional. I would recommend highly to anyone needing an outstanding physician for GI care.
Would have been a 5 star if the computer systems were not down which created delays. Not the fault of the office staff but the IT department should have stress tested the updates before going live. All staff were very professional and caring.

Medical care was efficient and thorough - only exception was the tech in the procedure room who was excessively rough. She jerked my head to put on the oxygen mask and injured my neck. Other than that all staff were exceptional.
I received good care and experienced no problems. However, everyone seemed to view me as the next patient rather than as a person and I felt they were in a hurry. The facility was clean, etc., but I felt I needed to check my hip for a brand as I was hustled through the chute! Medically - efficient and knowledgeable; personally - cold.
My 87 yr old mom with Dementia was treated with loving care for her medical needs. They were very gentle and kind, which helped her feel comfortable enough to participate with her care. The staff was very professional and the provider was able to assist the family a plan of care to help meet her needs. Thank you for all you do.
VERY CARING STAFF, WAS GEEETED BY NICE RECEPTIONIST, WAIT TIME IN LOBBY BEFORE PROCEDURE WAS PERFORMED WAS QUICK. MY NURSE PRE OP WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. DR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE ANTHESIA LADY WAS VERY NICE AND COMFORTING. GRATE TEAM
