This was a great experience for me. The Dr. was so kind as well as the whole staff. The facility was clean and tidy. Would highly recommended !!!
After getting an appointment everything went quickly. Saw Dr R Perez a top notch professional. Everyone was calming, appeared caring, made the appointment as easy as I can recall.
Krista Desimoni (PA) is fantastic to her patients. Even when they couldn't get me in for a bit, she helped answer questions in the patient portal until I had my appointment. It is wonderful to have providers that listen to you and use the latest recommendations and diagnostics to help get you and keep you feeling your best. The entire team is friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were super nice and efficient. I got there nearly an hour early and as soon as my appointment came time up, I was taken to an exam room. The medical assistant was very professional and cheerful. Dr. Perez was very professional, courteous and is a good listener. He was willing to answer my questions and take his time to talk to me about the procedures he recommended. Also, Dr. Perez is an easygoing person. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Perez
I had a very positive and smooth time having my colonoscopy with Dr Garvin.
Short wait time, very competent PA who went over my endoscopy results in detail. Most impressive, his nurse called me when they discovered that my insurance would not pay for the reduced strength med and are working up an alternative approach. This, the day after my appointment. THIS, is patient/customer care!
My wait time was practically zero! I was taken back by a very nice lady named Kell and she went over my information. Dr. Shrode came in shortly afterwards and spent sufficient time discussing my situation and possible solutions. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns.
