Overall a good experience. Nurse, Cynthia, and anesthesia, Stacy, were great. As was Dr Cender. The original person i talked to in schedulng was rude and unhelpful. I ended up with a prep I couldn't use so waste of $50.
The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else !!
Everyone was very k I nd and considerate, they took great care of me. The wait wasn't long at all. They got me in and out in no time at all. Thanks to all the staff!!!
I've been with Digestive Health for many years now and I love all the Dr's, PA's, and Nurses. Lauren Hanson PA-C has been seeing me for the past few years and she's wonderful and so is her Nurse Cathy. Everyone is very professional and helpful I've never been disappointed. I also receive my Infusions there and I just love Sherry my RN. I consider her my friend as she's given me extra help over the years as things came up. Very professional and courteous. Staff very friendly and helpful. From start to finish. The first check in with Tinnara(sp) to Tearany, Gloria, Allyson and Dr. Cender all very professional and kind!!! It is difficult to navigate the portal especially for people who are not tech savvy. Especially old people like me. It would be nice to have one person to be a contact liaison. In and out under 2 hours, no pun intended, that's acceptable.
I had a wonderful, very positive experience with my consultation visit in preparation for an upcoming colonoscopy. Ryan was very professional, yet down to earth, and a wealth of knowledge. Ryan was also very helpful regarding my chronic constipation. Thank you Ryan and the entire staff.
I have nothing but positive and wonderful things to say as to my experience pertaining to my first Colonoscopy and all the STAFF from beginning to end.
