Friendly and caring
The professionalism and kindness of staff made my visit positive and comfortable. I was comfortable talking with doctor about my concerns and he answered my concerns explaining what the next steps would be. A great experience.
My visit was great. It all started at the front desk. Her greeting was warm and generous and real.No , fake stuff , loved it. She is truly a perfect example.of what every office visits everywhere should be. The Doctor was also very awesome. She listened To me about my concerns and did not rush. She made a somewhat uncomfortable situation very comfortable. And also what every physician should be. All the to check out.great people.100% great.

Had a colonoscopy yesterday; early info and reminders were appropriate; check in was smooth and efficient; only waited about 15 min to be taken into an exam room - very efficient nurse and IV; Dr. Fisher was explanatory and informative; into the OR - anasthesiologist was also smooth and efficient - out quickly and awoke smoothly to nurse with juice and Dr. Fisher to describe the procedure results. The team of doctors , nurses, schedulers, and support staff are excellent. They go the extra mike to ensure you are comfortable, understand the process and ensure your questions are answered. The only area for improvement is the telephone system . They need to hire additional individuals to address phone calls . I have on 2 occasions left messages and then driven to the facility to have my concerns addressed . To be fair , my phone message was returned the same day 5 hours later . Colonoscopy’s are not fun but the experience with the staff was great. The receptionist, nurses, CRNA, and physician were efficient and friendly. Great facility!
Thank you for a very pleasant visit with all staff contacts at your offices. Felt I was treated with courteous and caring people whose goal it is to help me find and treat my health problems and live a better quality life. It has been so long since I have enjoyed a normal life. Lois
Everyone was nice and also informative. They want you to go an hour before, which did translate to being taken in a little early, which was nice. I wish they modified the fasting regimen for people whom are scheduled for the afternoon. A small, early breakfast the day before might have made the difference between being just hangry vs weak and weepy the morning of the procedure. It is a bit of a factory there too.
