No one looks forward to having a colonoscopy but I was so impressed with the care I received at Digestive Health Partners. My appointment was on time, my procedure had a complication and the resolution was handled professionally and considerately and all members of my team were caring and positive. I could not have had a better experience.
Excellent service from the moment of contact, with timely and courteous, reminders and communication. The staff at the facility was courteous and professional from check in to check out. Every possible step was taken to ensure comfort and dignity throughout the procedure that we all would rather not need to submit to.
I received a positive cologuard test and was scheduled very quickly for my first colonoscopy. Everything was very organized and efficient. I did t wait long before I was checked in by Natasha who was very kind and informative. Very soon after I received visits from the doctor and anesthesiologist explaining portions of the procedure and seeing if I had questions. After my appointment they followed up with me the next day. I had an excellent experience with a procedure that is relatively invasive. All the staff who took care of me ranging from the person who helped me out the door when it was time to leave to my nurse to the doctor who did the procedure to the anesthesiologist…each one introduced themselves to me and made sure any questions I had was answered. I received the best care I could have ever hoped for.
Once I had gotten beyond the prep, I was more than ready for the procedure. :) From the check-in desk to the recovery room, those who cared for me were of highest quality and professionalism. They all made me feel as though I was the only patient in the center. DHP should be the model for the highest quality of healthcare.
They care about all your concerns and answer your questions clearly. They explain the procedure in such a way that you are at peace and comfortable with what they are going to do. I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs endoscopy or colonoscopy.

This was first visit to Digestive Health Partners, and I must say I was really impressed!! All of the staff I came in contact with were very kind and professional, and Dr. Perez was fantastic!! He was friendly, open to conversation, and answered all of my questions, and wasn't trying to rush out of the room. This was a pre- visit, but the entire experience was very pleasant!!👍
Dr. Dukowicz was helpful and answered all of my questions. He provided suggestions to help me with my problems and gave me samples of pills he wanted me to try. As always very knowledgeable. The office staff was helpful also. I highly recommend this office.
