I've been going to Carolina Digestive Health/Gastroenterology for a number of years now and have always been very pleased with all the staff from check-in to seeing a number of Dr's there to having my Entyvio Infusion every four weeks. I love everyone there and really appreciate my wonderful RN Nurse Sherry Warren who's been taking care of my Infusions for quite a while now. She's very pleasant and always happy to help me. I think you’ll should send the information out to patient, cause I was informed the wrong information by the pharmacist. Until this sweet nurse clearly explained it to me. I had to reschedule my appointment. I was not a happy camper. Thanks
This is my second colonoscopy with this group and I have nothing but good things to say about them. From the CRNA (Jim) to the nurse who got me ready (Ella), Dr Rackoff and all the rest of the staff they were all kind, considerate, efficient and funny on top of it. Great experience and people working there. Highly recommend.
This was my first visit to DHP in Hendersonville. The team that took care of me, Dr. Rholl, Brian (NA), Emily and Lauren were all very patient and caring.
Very positive experience. Everyone from the person at the front desk, the admitting nurse, anesthesiologist and the doctor were great!
Had a great experience! I was scheduled the morning of the hurricane and had to be rescheduled! My insurance was ending 11/1 so that didn’t leave a lot of time for such a busy office to get me rescheduled but they were able to make it happen! Both procedures went smoothly! The staff work very quick and efficiently!
Professional and helpful, staff were easy to work with.
Check-in and out process was simple. People were polite and professional. Dr. Hanson is so wonderful. She took the time to listen and talk about things beyond surface level without any pressure to move on to next patient. She provided simple ways to approach my situation. Not immediately to prescriptions. Suoer appreciate her and glad she is my Dr.
Very pleased with my visit today. This was an annual checkin and went very well.
