I had a colonoscopy procedure at the Asheville office. The whole process was very organized. Everyone from check in to the nurses, nurse anesthetist to the physicians were all very friendly and explained each step and answered all my questions.
The staff were wonderful, patient and explained everything clearly!
The girls at the front desk were all so kind and happy. And of course Dr perez, phenomenal. He listened to our concerns and took that extra little bit of time that was needed. 6 stars!!!
Everyone was so kind. I felt very comfortable and well assessed by the nurses. My practitioner, Sean Snowden was very competent and well versed in my particular issues. He had several things he wanted to explore regarding my symptoms. I feel sure that we will be successful in getting my issues resolved. I highly recommend this practice.
All around awesome experience at my office visit yesterday! Everyone I encountered was kind, helpful and very efficient! Can’t say enough good things about this office and the staff!!
It’s the kindness of the front desk staff that stands out! That set a high expectation for nurses and other health care providers. They were equally kind and dedicated to excellence. Moreover, the lobby and waiting area were pleasant and clean. Very glad to be under their care!
I believe all employees I have come into contact with are genuinely concerned with my health. John Meadows PA is excellent! He will take the time to explain everything in detail to me. He’s very concerned with his patients health. I’m glad he is in charge of my care with DHP!
Everyone is so nice. My doctor explained both procedures in detail, so I was able to easily understand.
