Amazing group of people from the front staff to the Dr. Everyone is so nice and everything was explained and you did not feel rushed!
Dr Shrode is very through, explains things well and he is very nice. All staff I came into contact with from registration to checkout and scheduling we also very nice. I had a very positive experience overall.
Front staff was pleasant, the assistant was professional and pleasant. The doctor Heacock was awesome. Professional, caring and informative

I was extremely impressed with my visit. From the receptionist to the medical staff they did an outstanding job and felt extremely comfortable.
Great team. I knew the prep wasn’t working, they kept in touch with me by phone, the day I was having problems.They listened to and directed me to do another one that was stronger. That I agreed with. Great staff they really took their time to insure my best interest! 🙏
Staff was wonderful. All were very professional and efficient as well as personable. Dr Ducowitz is the best. Even phone staff and assistance leading up to the procedure were great. I felt well informed before and after procedure. I would like the waiting area to be a little warmer feeling with maybe some calming music and drinks available would be nice. Otherwise great experience.
