It was as good of experience as you could expect. Very organized, on time, great communication through the process, which was appreciated with the COVID restrictions. My third time, always great.

The staff that scheduled my colonoscopy did a wonderful job, took all my info and answered all my questions thoroughly. When I got there, I was ushered in, paperwork was completed and I was escorted to waiting room. Very shortly, I was being prepped, everything was explained thoroughly every step of the way. The nurses, the anesthesiologist were wonderful (I didn't even have a mark from the IV. I was a little reluctant with making my appointment.....due to COVID-19 and my former doctor not being listed any more. I assume he retired. My visit went very well! The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. I never felt compromised in any way.
As always a excellent telehealth appointment with Jennifer and caring about my health needs and upcoming ultrasound and visit with Dr. Harland in September who I have been a patient with for over " 14 years! I trust his medical advice and care.
While this was only a tele-visit, everyone was very courteous and friendly. The doctor answered all my questions. Very professional.
The professionalism of everyone from scheduling to receptionist to medical staff people is top notch! I plan to continue my medical visits there because I feel comfortable and confident of the staff!
