As this was my first interaction with DHP (my first colonoscopy screening), I was a bit nervous. However, from the call made to schedule my procedure, to the the caring and attentive nurses who took care of me, every aspect of my experience was positive. They run an efficient and professional operation.
I am very happy with the response and treatment that I receive from DHP in Asheville NC. I only have 1 concern to share.. I had an 8am appt. The nurse made her initial call at 730AM , I missed the call and tried to call back a minute or 2 later and could not return the call because the office had not yet opened. I tried multiple times unsuccessfully, and was finally able to leave a message however it was already 830am. I had to pay $50 before I could make another appt. Very efficient staff. No wasted time. Started on schedule. All were friendly and helpful.
Super staff in the "rear" of the house (sorry for the pun). The front of the office was rather stodgy, perhaps due to Covid precautions. I arrived a the scheduled time and waited only 5 minutes. After a few chuckles with the staff, I was whisked into the procedure room and within 30 minutes was out and soon after had recovered and could return home.
Courteous, professional, efficient staff. I was there less than 1 hour and 15 minutes for a colonoscopy including check-in and recovery. Well done!

Staff was very friendly and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner and would recommend to anyone who needs GI doctor.
