Everyone I encountered was kind and professional when I checked in for my colonoscopy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a GI facility.
Excellent experience. Every one so caring and always Professional while demonstrating true empathy. (Only suggestion would have ice chips available in recovery. This will benefit all patients especially those with nausea)
This was my fourth colonoscopy, my second with Dr. May. The whole process was very well organized from setting up the appointment to the reminders to collect the Suprep and follow the correct protocols in the 4 days prior to the procedure. The check in was quick with excellent adherence to Covid-19 recommendations. Every person who interacted with me was very pleasant and efficient, explaining what their role was. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

I had been over 20 years since my last colonoscopy and I was a bit nervous. All of the staff was great, from the phone-interview right down to when I was walked to my car after the procedure. Everything was thoroughly explained and I felt very at ease. Thank you DHP for being part of my preventative health care!
The entire staff was awesome! I was very nervous about getting My first colonoscopy. The receptionist, My nurse, & My anesthesiologist help relieve some of My nervousness. Then, Dr. Shrode came in and talk to Me & all the anxiety was gone, I was ready to start My procedure. They made Me their top priority & for that I’m very grateful 🖤 Karen Hayes-Roberts

Because of covid restrictions my first meet-and-greet appointment was a video meeting. Dr. Rybnicek was great. Within the first few minutes I felt at ease and a definite connection. We just moved here from pretty much my whole life in California in the Kaiser Permanente . I am 71 and a surviver or multiple cancers, one of which is colon cancer.
