I had a great experience at my last colonoscopy. Every single person was very professional and also very caring. They made me feel good and gave me a lot of confidence in them. Even when I went in for my covid test 2 days before my procedure, I left feeling like I was in very good, capable hands. Thank you to everyone.
I really appreciated how caring and friendly and thorough everyone was. The nurse who went through my history and set my IV made me immediately at ease. The anesthesiologist was so reassuring and, of course, Dr. Zivony was, as usual, professional and informative. The nurse in recovery was so kind and helpful. My overall experience was really great ! It exceeded my expectations for a virtual office visit. Was as easy as sitting in the office with the doctor.
Had my 1st colonoscopy. The prep of course was the worst of it. Frances was so very pleasant and so very patient on the phone. The staff at the Asheville center was absolutely caring, provided all information to me and Dr Whitlock is very nice. I felt well informed and truly treated very well. Great job to all. I thank you very much!
Dr. Rakoff was great. After hearing present problems with acid reflux and occasional difficulty swallowing, immediately prescribed a prescription and explained that the office will contact me for an appointment and probable endoscopy. Colonoscopy went well too.
Dr. Varner is truly concerned about the results and control that has been restored to daily living thru the medication. Also, he is equally caring about the continuation of the supply of the medication from the provider. ( There was a stressful issue in the beginning) That is especially reassuring to me.
