Best colonoscopy ever (if one can say that about a colonoscopy🙄)! Dr. Rholl is great, all the nurses snd the anesthesiologist were caring and professional. I was certainly in good hands!
I have been a patient for many years but have not needed to see a doctor there in several years until recently. I was so very impressed by the courtesy of everyone I talked to when scheduling my appointment and navigating the virtual appointment. I have complete trust in my doctor, William Harlan. I found him to be very thorough, compassionate, and reassuring. He really listened to my concerns and helped me find the measures I needed to take to improve my condition.
I have been a patient here for several years and have always found the staff to be helpful, pleasant, patient, courteous, and very professional. I recently overheard a nurse who was treated rudely by a patient (who later apologized) state to another staff person that she understood that patients waiting for procedures are anxious and grumpy from not eating. Telehealth visit went well, and didn't have to get out and risk Covid amongst crowds!
Digestive Health Doctors and Nurses truly care about you...I would recommend them to anyone.
My visit and experience were excellent. The staff is so friendly and efficient and made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. There was even a false fire alarm during my visit and I was overwhelmed by the efficiency of the staff to evacuate the building and to get us all back to the correct part of the building after the short delay.
My visit was absolutely amazing! Everyone treated me with overwhelming kindness from the beginning, to the end.
Digestive health partners is so organized, personal, and carrying their approach. They provided the best medical experience I have had in many years. I cannot imagine how they could do things better!
Without exception, each employee performed their job function with excellence, working together as a family unit to get a job done! I would be remiss if I did not mention that Dr. Alexander is a warm and kind person when talking to a patient. He spent some time with me despite the fact he was working on a tight schedule. Well done and thank you to all at DHP!!!
