Professional, helpful, caring people. Very positive experience.
Well organized, clean facility with friendly, professional and helpful staff. Barely had any wait time between arrival and seeing my primary. My questions and concerns were all fully and patiently addressed and I never felt pressured about time. Follow-up lab and prescription orders were handled efficiently. Highly recommend.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. Wait time is very short. Phone calls are always returned. While a routine colonoscopy is never looked forward to, the staff certainly puts you at ease and you're in and out of the door in no time. Excellent doctors who truly care about their patients!
From the time I walked in to exiting the building, the staff were very friendly and efficient. The doctor was very nice and friendly and listened to my symptoms and complaints. Explained to me the procedures that will be done and put me at ease. Would recommend this office to any of my family or friends.

A routine colonoscopy these days is all about volume; the Drs & facilities push to get as many procedures done in a day as possible. I appreciate an efficiently run facility; however, appears the staff loses sight that their everyday job is an uncertain procedure for the patient. Colonoscopy: 1. The MD was great. Took time to answer my ?s thoroughly and did not seem rushed. 2. The Nurse anesthetist was cheerful, quick and efficient, but a little careless (I've seen more skillful IV insertion) 3. Communications with the scheduling department was subpar. Returning calls was a frustrating and time-consuming experience. Friendly and efficient. Scheduled colonoscopy was on time. All staff was friendly and informative. Procedure was painless, except for insertion of IV. 10:30 am scheduled procedure, completed including sedation recovery by noon.
