I Was Very Pleased As Always With The Services
All the workers were so nice and made me feel at ease. What a great place to have this done.
The staff prepares you effiyfor the procedures and explains it all perfectly. The endoscopy was fast and trouble free. The doc knew what he was doing. Great team and very professional.
Excellent from beginning to end. I only wish we could contact them more directly and get a response quicker. Also the wait time is so long to get scheduled for a procedure. No reflection on them. I’m sure it is caused by the nationwide staffing shortage. All personnel at Hendersonville very professional and very attentive to your needs.
All my experiences at CMG in Hendersonville have been excellent. The team of medical professionals there treat patients in a caring manner. I have been seeing Dr. Rholl for over 20 years now getting biannual colonoscopies as I have Crohn's Disease. I attribute my good health to the superb work that Dr. Rholl has done as a gastroenterologist.
Everything was wonderful from check in to wheel out. All staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Waiting room was comfortable and not too crowded.
Very attentive and knowledgable staff! Did not feel rushed and my questions were readily answered.
First time energy felt positive
What a medical team! They all just make you "glide" through the procedure with complete comfort and reassurance. Much appreciation to everyone!!
