I didn’t find nurse practitioner Karen McGraw friendly at all, or particularly easy to talk to but she was professional enough, and I didn’t go to make friends. The majority of us are in the office to discuss delicate matters and a bit of kindness wouldn’t be a bad thing. Emery was delightful.
The whole process went well from the very beginning. Personable, professional staff. Always got my questions answered quickly and easily. I waited 3 years to do this because I dreaded the process, but everything exceeded my expectations. See you in 10 years, Thank God.

If a colonoscopy can be a good experience, this was a great place to have it. In and out in 2 hours. Great staff. Very easy to talk to. Better than the 3 procedures I've had elsewhere.

I came here for a colonoscopy. The prep is no fun, but when I came to their facility on Biltmore Avenue, I was treated with kindness and efficiency. All members of the staff were friendly and very good at their jobs The facility is pleasant and very clean.
I was really shocked by the kindness and acceptance as a new patient after being gone from Asheville for 25 years. All my Drs. And Gastrointestinal Drs. We’re at UVA medical center in Charlottesville Virginia and they all treated me like one of them, me being an employee and student at Liberty university. Thank you for accepting me as a new patient, my youngest brother Ed highly recommended you folks and so did my medical team and fellows at UVA .
