Overall the doctor, an astrologist, and nurses we great during the procedure. The office is trying to make appointments getting questions answered was very difficult and unacceptable. You have to wait at least 24 hours to get someone to call back. I sat on hold for almost one hour then gave up and called back the next day. The instruction regarding the preparation for the procedure is very unclear and could have had a better explanation and answered questions without frustration from the person on the phone. Very efficient and organized process. Getting a colonoscopy is never fun, but they make it as easy as possible. Everyone I encountered was very professional - from the front office staff, to the nurse who set up the intravenous drip, to the anesthesiologist and Dr. Meyer. From beginning to end - a very good experience.
Excellent service from appointment setup through exam. PA did not immediately go Forward with surgery but rather trying medication first, then observation. Tops!
The staff were great. It was a quick and easy process to get checked in and out when I was done. I definitely recommend them.
I always feel satisfied when I meet with Ryan Nelson and go over the procedures to be taken in my chart. He is very positive and explains in detail what needs to be accomplished and I feel extremely confident in his abilities.

I had an excellent experience at Digestive Health with both procedures and follow up. Both doctor and PA listened well and were very helpful. All was efficient without feeling rushed. All staff from front desk to nurses were excellent and personable.
Excellent services at Digestive Health. Friendly, kind and professional staff. The staff takes time to explain you the procedure as did Dr Wood with great bed manners. Definitely a place to recommend!
