The actual day of procedure went very well. The attempt to get an appointment was horrible and I was unable to get anyone to answer their phone. I had to reschedule once due to exposure to COVID. As with any colonoscopy the prep was the worst part. For the procedure everyone seemed to know exactly what to do and did so very efficiently.
Everyone was great. I've been coming to this facility for a number of years and would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have an endoscopy or a colonoscopy. Thanks to all for taking good care of me.
I have alot of anxiety about medical procedures, and everyone I have dealt with at this facility have been very reassuring and understanding. The anesthesiologist was wonderful as well as all the other staff involved in my procedure. I have had 2 colonoscopies at this practice, and I highly recommend it.
I went in for a colonoscopy that I admittedly put off longer than I should have. I came in extremely anxious but my experience was far less stressful than I had imagined it would be. Everyone was very professional and kind and made the whole thing far less fraught than I feared. I would recommend this group to anyone needing a colonoscopy or any other service.

I had a very positive experience. Everyone from office personnel to nurses and doctors gave me very personal and caring service. We were disappointed when we found out that my husband could not go shopping during the procedure but understood when my nurse explained why the practice has the policy that the driver needs to stay on the premises.
Dr. Whitlock is one of the very few doctors that I have 100% faith in and trust. His office and his entire team are professional and actually seem concerned for my wellbeing. My only criticism is they can lose the mask mandate on patients. Biden has said the pandemic is over and the CDC came out yesterday and said health care providers no longer need to require it. Should be optional at this point.
