I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Shrode. He took his time to explain everything to me and even went above and beyond in helping me figure out a way to afford a procedure. He was understanding and very helpful. Would recommend him to anyone anytime!
I couldn't be more pleased with all of the staff at DHP. My colonoscopy yesterday was no problem at all. I felt at ease the whole time. I have been a patient of Dr Varners for 20 + years. He always listens very carefully to what I have to say and has good suggestions to problems I have had in the past.
Lauren and the lab tech were the best
I have seen PA Scott Nelson twice (once virtual and once in person). He is a pleasure to talk to - he takes lots of notes, asks lots of questions, and LISTENS. A lot of times when I visit the doctor (especially any kind of specialist), they are awkward and that makes me uncomfortable and then I don't have a positive visit and don't feel like I fully shared my concerns and asked all the questions that I intended to. I have had a pleasant experience every time I’ve dealt with the staff at DHP. It is so refreshing to have a doctor and his PA actually listen to me. I’ve never felt rushed and have always felt listened to. This is why I drive 1.5 hours to this practice.
Staff was excellent and the process, seamless.
My second colonoscopy in 5 years. Both of them have been trouble free and the staff is always courteous and excellent. Dr. Rakoff and his crew do an awesome job. Highly recommended!
