Thank you for having taken so good care of me, during my colonoscopy.
The only thing I was unhappy about was the requirement that your driver has to stay the whole time. People like me who have no local family and all my friends work have a horrible time finding people to drive and stay with me.
On October 18-2023 I visited the practice for a visit with DR.Carrie Voedisch. My check in was met by smiling and very cheerful staff. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the close parking right by the building. I was treated with care and respect from start to finish. Dr. Voedisch was on time and very caring and spent needed time going through my concerns and my health history. I went in for the first time ever for a colonoscopy and it was a great experience! I was a little bit nervous to be honest but it really wasn’t bad at all. Had a good experience everyone was very professional and made me feel at ease on the whole process. I recommend them highly and will tell everyone I know to go to this doctors office for sure!
As an OR nurse, I am pretty picky about my healthcare and I was very pleased with my experience. I had a very short wait time and once I went back everything was organized and smooth. I was seen by the nurse, then the doctor, then anesthesia, with only a couple of minutes in between each. The anesthetist told me that I would be asleep in 20 seconds and I don't think it even took 20 seconds. I woke up in recovery without any nausea or recollection. Great overall experience.
I have been a patient of Asheville Gastro for quite awhile. I participated in one of their studies which was excellent and then just recently had my second colonoscopy with Dr. Zivony and everything went great. The staff there is so friendly and make a very uncomfortable situation go very smoothly. I highly recommend this practice to you.

Excellent customer service from check in.The nursing staff was friendly and yet efficient.Dr Clark took his time and explained the benefits and possible side effects of the procedure.Great care and follow up post procedure
