Of course the prep is never good but, that said, my experience was very positive. As a new patient to GIA, my intake-pre screening with NP Valarie V. was quite thorough and informative. The day of the procedure was positive and everyone I came into contact with were professional and pleasant. Vance introduced himself and gave a brief overview which was good having never met him in advance. My bride reported he came in and gave her a report and answered her questions while I was still under in recovery.
Dr. Vance. Hartke did a great job, he was very personable and caring. I was seen for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. The anesthesiologist was great, and so we’re all the nursing staff.
The colonoscopy experience was excellent.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Vance for his expertise, professionalism, and compassion. Surprisingly, I didn’t mind the detox prep—it turned out to be a great idea for a weight loss plan! LL
