The friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Hartke and his staff is nothing like I experienced before. On my first visit Dr. Hartke had thoroughly researched my medical history so we immediately started discussing my condition rather than first playing twenty question answering questions that the answers are in my file. He and his staff are second to none. He came in before and after my procedure and discussed everything to us. He has a great bedside manner and is extremely informative. I truly appreciate him and all of the staff. Definitely Five Plus Stars
Dr Hartke was very thorough and clear as to what he was investigating and how we were going to go about it to get down to the root cause of my issue. He spoke in layman’s terms and made eye contact so I never felt like he was talking down to me.
Everything went well. Very efficient. Only took one hour from bringing me back for colonoscopy and being discharged. Everyone was so pleasant and explained what to expect. Very caring
