Dr Hartke n his team were very outstanding. He really does an awesome job on explaining everything so the patient and family understands everything and theres no open questions or concerns. He is young and very confident in what he does. He is very caring and made me very comfortable before and after Surgery with whats all going on! Thank you Dr. Vance Hartke. Expertise in addressing colonoscopy issues and results
Everyone at the facility was extremely friendly and professional.
Of course the prep is never good but, that said, my experience was very positive. As a new patient to GIA, my intake-pre screening with NP Valarie V. was quite thorough and informative. The day of the procedure was positive and everyone I came into contact with were professional and pleasant. Vance introduced himself and gave a brief overview which was good having never met him in advance. My bride reported he came in and gave her a report and answered her questions while I was still under in recovery.
Dr. Vance. Hartke did a great job, he was very personable and caring. I was seen for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. The anesthesiologist was great, and so we’re all the nursing staff.
The colonoscopy experience was excellent.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Vance for his expertise, professionalism, and compassion. Surprisingly, I didn’t mind the detox prep—it turned out to be a great idea for a weight loss plan! LL
