Couldn't ask for a better experience. Dr Hartke and his staff fantastic. Did a great job, answered my questions, made me feel extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend!!
My initial consult was comprehensive. The doctor asked alot of questions about symptoms, explained the procedure and minimized my fears.
Dr. Vance has a great bedside manner. He is very detailed in his findings. I appreciated his honesty, kindness and warmth. I highly recommend him.
I had my esophagus stretched to help my swallowing and to keep from having food stuck. Still have a bit of a sore throat and different swallowing issues but not stuck for long when it is stuck. Had right upper hip pain for several days after which I’m assuming from the position on the table. Good news though no more colonoscopies forever.
Beginning with a tela health appointment, to scheduling, instructions and arrival for procedure all staff were professional, efficient, answered all questions clearly, and warmly…..Felt very safe with all medical care. They were great at anticipating all medical needs. Dr Vance is amazing. Medically knowledgeable, shares all information easily and competently …. Felt safe in his care. Thank you

It took me awhile to get to him because of primary care and all the hoops you have to jump through to see a specialist. Let me just say he is a specialist for a reason. After months of confusion and a lot of wasted time in other systems of care my problems now have the correct diagnosis and I am on the road to recovery. He is quick, efficient, thorough and kind as is the team that worked with him.
My Dr. had retired and was nervous about getting someone new. Dr. Vance Hartke was just the person to have as my new Dr. was able to get an appointment without a long wait time. Took into consideration my family history of colon cancer and polyps and other issues and took the time to listen to my issues. I would highly recommend him. Linda H.
