I was very impressed with Hartke's friendliness, caring concern, information, and professionalism! I had an EGD and everyone was so friendly and caring!
I had a colonoscopy & endoscopy. Dr. Hartke explained the procedures to me in very layman terms. He made me feel very comfortable along with all staff. After procedure, he again explained everything to me & my husband very clearly. I had 3 polyps removed, 1 precancerous & I’m so glad I had this done.
Dr. Vance was very thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He listened to my problem and took time to ask questions to get a very good idea of what I was dealing with. He explained what he'd do to help me out and I was confident he was the doctor for me.
Dr. Harte and his staff were outstanding. Everything was explained in detail and the procedure seemless. I would definitely recommend to anyone I know to have the procedure done.
Dr Hartke n his team were very outstanding. He really does an awesome job on explaining everything so the patient and family understands everything and theres no open questions or concerns. He is young and very confident in what he does. He is very caring and made me very comfortable before and after Surgery with whats all going on! Thank you Dr. Vance Hartke. Everyone at the facility was extremely friendly and professional.
Once I got to my appointment everyone was passionate, caring, and really great. It was the phone calls prior that really put me off and was not expecting much before my visit. What happened was with the check in person who reviews the chart for completion and insurance coverage. We had issues getting my insurance card and this worker(sorry I do not have her name) treated me like I was a delinquent and was not going to pay.
