This was my third time with this particular procedure and I was overall quite pleased. The best part was when the nurse came out to note that the "Dr. was a little bit behind schedule...." I don't think she got the humor in this. The staff is friendly and helpful and I would recommend them highly.

I had a colonoscopy by Dr. Norman Clark on 5/21/2025. When I tell you The customer service was Excellent from checking in when checking in, Dr. Clark, the Prep Nurses and the Nuerologist. Very Informative, prompt and attentive. HUGHLEY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!
The nurses who give the infusions are extremely pleasant and interactive with the patients. The make the patient feel at ease and are quite observant. Deanna Clouse
The medical team was very friendly and took great care of me.
I arrived an hour early to my appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Unfortunately I still waited another hour before seeing Christine. Christine is a very knowledgeable, personable and welcoming individual. She did an examination and talked with me about any concerns I had and provided helpful information and suggestions. I am very impressed with her and look forward to seeing her each time.
Another colonoscopy done. The check in was easy staring with the receptionist greeting me with a smile, to her being very efficient and knowledgeable. The nurses were all friendly and listened to me thoroughly. From the time I arrived to departure time could not have gone any smoothly. It is obvious this practice respects your time. No waiting at all.
