I really like Dr. Jaben, my gastroenterologist at Digestive Health Partner, and his nurse practitioner. I feel confident in their management of my difficulties. I would give them 5 Starts if they would improve their appointment scheduling system. When you call to make an appointment, they keep you on hold for a very long time and may even hang up on you. The care I have received has been great but it is almost impossible to get anything scheduled - bad enough that I will consider another practice in the future. Multiple texts are sent telling you to call to make an appointment. Every time I called , I was put on hold FOREVER and then told to leave a number for a callback. Never got a call back. The business is run very poorly. Cannot get anyone on the phone for an appointment and they don't call back. Have had numerous incident with their staff that resulted in unsatisfactory care. Was sent to a wrong address and then told I was too late at the other address for an appointment. Was at their Asheville office when an elderly gentleman fell, had a head injury and was left unattended, sitting in the waiting room. I saw Scott Nelson PA for first time yesterday. He was wonderful. He was so patient with this old lady who had multiple issues and many questions. I appreciate his time and knowledge he shared with me. I know he will help me get through this medical issue as best he can. Thank you, Scott
The check-in process was pleasant and easy. I went back for my colonoscopy within 5 minutes. Bernard RN, Brian CRNA, Jordan RN were efficient, caring, friendly and professional. And of course Dr. Clark was wonderful. I hope I didn’t leave anyone out. My experience was great. I’ll be back in 7 years! Highly recommend!
