Great staff, and high quality care. From check in, to the nurse, to the CRNA to the physician's care I feel confident I am getting the best possible care.
Excellent doctors, listen to concerns and are very patient. Great support staff.

Providers are fine if you can get to them I have been trying to make an appointment after they texted me for the last week and have not been able to get through for scheduling nor have I been able to get through to request an appointment via their portal
The only negative experience with the new location and building is on the booking/ reminder side of things. I had three reminders for my appointment and only one was a correct arrival time. It’s also nearly impossible to speak with someone if there is a problem if you call on the phone. That being said, I had to wait right at 2 hours for my appointment because the staff had me arrive 2 hours before my scheduled appointment time.

Went to this place for years before they became a part of DHP. Cannot contact them using the phone or e-mail. Also, there is no online form system. The search function is non-functional. I can't even get a copy of my records so I can go someplace else. If you currently use their services, you are probably stuck like me. If you are thinking of using their services, run, run, run away! Once I arrived I was pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. I was glad to see the practice is in a new building. The previous one was gloomy. HOWEVER, the phone system is terrible. I received two texts giving two different times for my appointment. Three times I tried to get through for clarification and was cut off. The clinic despirately needs on-site receptionists.
Overall experience with the appointment and how my husband was treated was excellent. What I did not like was there was a previous bill owed that we had no idea about. when I made the appointment I was told at that time there was a balance and she would transfer for me to the billing department, but the call ended. I waited for someone to reach out to me, but when they did not, I tried.to reach somebody in billing department myself.
