It took me an hour and a half waiting on line to get to a scheduler. You all sent me a phone text message with a very long questionnaire - too long for me to fill in on the phone and had no way for me to ask to have this information request sent by e-mail. When I finally got to a scheduler we were able to schedule in about 5 minutes. I suggest you offer a phone message option to have questions sent to e-mail.
I found out I was exposed to Covid. Called 24hrs in advance of my appointment which was as soon as I could and I was told I still owe $250 and accused of lying by the scheduler. I have proof of my direct exposure to someone with Covid for an entire weekend. Please educate staff on Covid precautions and please stop playing games with my healthcare. Thanks!
After almost a year and a half, Ryan Nelson, P.A. finally has finally relieved my acid reflux and terrible issues with massive bowel movements. I am praying that I will continue to stay well and appreciate Ryan Nelson immensely.
