Seen for a 5 yr F/U colonoscopy & as previous procedures with this group everything went like clock work. Staff from front desk to clinical area were friendly & treated me with respect, kindness & covid compliant. I have had several procedures over the years & would highly recommend this practice!
I was a five year call-back for colonoscopy. i was welcomed at the front desk within two minutes of my arrival and was seen by the admissions coordinator within five minutes. I was directed to the Endoscopy waiting area, took a seat and was seen by my nurse within 20 minutes. Everything went like clock-work in the prep area and operative suite. I had a wonderful experience today at the office. They made me feel like everything was going to be okay. Couldn't have been happier . Top notch Organization.
They have the process down to a science from when you first sign up for an appointment to when you leave after the procedure; it was seamless. Also, everyone was so kind and helpful. I was nervous for my colonoscopy but it went very well.
