PA Brian Carlinnia just a super nice, personable fellow. Was running behind, and popped his head in to let us know that. Very thorough in addressing my medical issues, prescribing supplements and taking time to answer any and all questions. Appreciate him, Dr. Cender, nursing, and auxiliary staff. Good experience. The staff was warm and friendly as well as very professional. Lots of human to human contact and conversation, which made me very relaxed before my procedure. I had a very positive experience!
I was called back quickly, the ladies (CNA,Nurse) was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. In procedure room the gentleman that put me to sleep town was kind and we had some joking going on that relaxed me more. Before I knew it was awake and going home.
Asheville Digestive Health Partners is an excellent place to go if you are having digestive issues. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The nurses and doctors go above and beyond to help you with whatever ails you. If you need a test or lab work, they will get you scheduled as soon as they can and you'll always be greeted in a positive, smiling person (even though they require masks.) My verification and scheduling coordinator, Sheila Coleman, was so very helpful in answering all of my questions and discussing my various prep options. She was friendly and went above and beyond to make the process simple and easy to understand. Highly recommend.
Overall it was an excellent experience. I do wish to point out that at the final step for scheduling the Colonoscopy and Dr. appointment, the information that was given and questions asked were done so in a very quick (rushed) manner. As I was tired and have some cognitive issues, it was difficult for me to keep up with the information and instructions. There were no others waiting to be seen at that point in time so slowing down a bit would have helped me. Otherwise, I was very impressed with the kindness of all.
Had a 2:00 appointment for a procedure. Was supposed to arrive by 1:15 for check in and prep. On the way to the appointment realized I had left my paperwork at home and had to go back to get it. The delay made me 30 minutes late for the required check in time. Called the office from the car in fear my appointment would be canceled and I’d have to start all over again, not to mention pay a “no show” fee.
