As always, staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Dr Harlan was friendly, efficient and very, very informative. I appreciate the fact that Dr Harlan tells me what is going on and what my options are. Most importantly .....He listens to his patient. I'm well satisfied with this firm.
I saw Dr. May for a procedure 4 years ago. He was friendly and informative about my test results, referring me to a great surgeon to take care of the problem. Yesterday, he and his entire staff were great. They were also very proficient and efficient in getting me through the entire procedure. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr. May for any type of gastrointestinal tests someone might need.
The time and discussion with Dr. Cender made it worth the 1.5 hour drive. To have someone who really listened to my concerns and symptoms was great. The fact that a course of action was implemented before I left my appointment was reassuring that I made the right choice for a new gastroenterologist.

Dr. Perez and his staff treated me like family. Asheville is lucky to have him and his staff at Asheville Gastro. They take good care of their patients.
All went well. The doctor and his assistant, Mariah, were professional, kind, and friendly. I felt safe in their hands. The desk staff were also efficient and helpful. My only caution would be the lab worker. She was professional, and efficient but seemed unhappy,. I thought she didn’t like me.
