My second colonoscopy in 8 months by Dr Donald Varner was done yesterday around noon. Both my wife and I have had multiple colonoscopies at CMG in Hendersonville, NC with 2 different endoscopists. Although the schedule was running late yesterday and I was over an hour behind, an issue that was aggravating at the time, the wait as usual was worth the effort. Even though Dr. Rackoff was running behind, the nurse and the office staff kept me informed, which I greatly appreciated. Kathryn the nurse was efficient, friendly, and thorough.Ditto for Dr. Rackoff. I have to say that I think things have changed at Carolina Mountain gastroenterology. Thank you.

Just moved to the Western NC last summer and was a little apprehensive about the procedure even though I’ve had 3 other endoscopic procedures elsewhere. Everyone at the center was friendly and professional. I had a great overall experience and would recommend the center to anyone in need of an endoscopic procedure. We went to the Turtle Creek location. Every single person was so incredibly nice that we commented on it several times while we were there. Dr. Garvin was AWESOME. So patient to answer any questions and very informative with his answers. He really cared about making sure my husband's mind was put at ease. We absolutely loved him. The entire staff is wonderful. You can tell they truly care about their patients.
We met our new physician, as Dr. Alexander has retired. We were in fair shape, for 82 and 90 so the new Dr. Tiederton was well informed of my husbands condition and answered our questions, all very professional. We felt comfortable and well cared for.
Dr. Dukowicz and the entire staff were both professional and personable. I felt comfortable from the office visit through the procedure. Thank you
Dr. Heacock listened to my problems and gave me a plan. He started with the easiest solution and explained each step. He didn't seemed rushed.
